With the development of our nation's economic construction, more and more epoxy resins are needed under humidity or water. However,epoxy binders compounded by ordinary epoxy curing agents aren't effective enough. The epoxy binder compoun-ded by 810-underwater epoxy curing agent can be solidified and bonded not only in the air but also under moisture or water. Such bond and the cohesional strength of concrete go beyond the demands of common water conservancy project, thus this curing ag-ent is applied to the defect disposal of buildings like dams, tunnels, water pipelines, pools, aqueducts, civil air defense projects and the underwater bond of other ce-ment products. In recent years,it is widely used in the field of metallurgy,smelting,mining machine manufactu-re,molding,military antisepsis and underground cable,etc. This curing agent can be used under conditions like under water, moisture, dryness,low temperature(under 0 centi-grade) and normal temperature and has good underwater cohesional strength so it can meet the demands of underwater construction projects and winter construc-tion. With low toxicity(LD>5000mg/kg), this curing agent is slightly poiso-nous or actually nonpoisonous and has the features of heat and cold resistance. The technological and economic benefit of its application are both notable.

With low toxicity, Polyamine-105 can be solidified under normal temperature and is easy to use. The epoxy resin made up by this product has a bright and clean appearance,no blooming,good sealing,low accessibility,a higher distortion tempe-rature and shear strength. Its electrical function (like insulation) and abra-sion performance are particularly excellent.Therefore, this product is generally used in pouring, laminating, sealing,bonding and abrasive coating,especially the sealing of electrical equipment,the sealing and pouring of water purification f-ilm,the slideway of machine tool as well as the abrasive and anticorrosive pat-ching material for mechanical and chemical equipment.

Developed by our institute, 810 epoxy resin curing agent is specially used in the field of anticorrosion. With low toxicity,good acid and alkali fastness, wi-de scope of heat resistance and wet fastness, this curing agent can completely solidify epoxy resin under conditions like low temperature,humidity, ambient te-mperature with dryness and under water. Constant temperature heat test:After 360 hours at 60℃ and 95% relative humidi-ty, the agent shows no decline of tensile strength, which proves its good heat-resistance.

Circulating freeze-thaw test: Freezed in fridge at -20±2℃ and thawed at ambie-nt temperature (about 35℃)for 864 hours, the agent has no decline of tensile strength after 69 circulating tests, which indicates its good cold-resistance.

50 Modified Amine Epoxy Curing Agent

This agent,one of our new amine curing products, has a lower freezing point,a higher boiling point and good fluidity and it is easy to use.Its performance is superior to xylylene amine and ethylenediamine. An ideal epoxy resin curing age-nt with low toxicity, this product is applied to the manufacture of glass fiber reinforced plastic,the inside antisepsis coating of gaint equipment, plastic mo-ld and sealing material of electric equipment.

A60 Epoxy Resin Curing Agent

As a kind of modified amine curing agent with low toxicity, A60 curing agent has a light color, low viscosity, easy operation and medium curing speed. Meanwhile, it also has a long molecular chain, a high boiling point, low volatility and to-xicity and the toughness and electrical performance of the condensate are exce-llent.

II. Application:

Being an epoxy resin curing agent of ambient temperature, A60 curing agent is used to compound epoxy coating,antisepsis coating,adhesion agent and to produce glass fiber reinforced plastic, casting mold and the sealing material of elec-tronics and electrical equipment. The normal dosage is 20%-28% of epoxy resin.

Conditions of cure: 48 hours at normal temperature (60℃ is preferable),solidified for 4 hours

 

A70 Epoxy Resin Curing Agent

As a modified amine epoxy resin curing agent with low viscosity, A70 curing ag-ent has the features of low toxicity, strong toughness,shiny appearance, good sealing performance and long application period. It is applied to various kinds of pouring sealants for electronic and electrical equipments,accumulator and ca-pacitor,etc. It is the most preferable material for epoxy pouring material and can be used in the manufacture of coating and glass fibre reinforced plastic.

T31 Modified Epoxy Curing Agent

Modified by phenol aldehyde, T31 modified curing agent has lower volatility and toxicity and takes the place of traditional ethylenediamine. It can solidify epoxy resin under the conditions of room,normal or low temp-erature, moisture,dryness and conditions of low demand of formula dosage. With excellent physical and chemic-al performance, it has performance of insulation, wat-er proof,oil resistance,acid-alkali resistance, abras-ive fastness and chemical resistance. The agent is wi-dely used not only in the production of antisepsis co-ating in the the fields of aerospace and war indust-ry,machine,vehicle and ship,petroleum and chemical,metallurgy and smelting, con-struction but also in the manufacture of glass fibre reinforced plastics and plastic mold products.
